This article lists common questions and answers related to the Vuolearning platform's AI tools.
Will AI incur any additional costs, and are there any usage restrictions?
The Vuolearning license includes a predefined capacity for the use of AI. These features are free of charge within the limits of the license capacity.
Who is the subcontractor for the AI feature?
The subcontractor is Google.
Can the AI feature be disabled?
Yes. In the three-level user model, the feature can be disabled with superadmin credentials. In the two-level user model, you can request the feature to be disabled by contacting our product support (help@vuolearning.fi) or your designated contact person.
Do you provide support or documentation for the use of the AI features?
Yes. We will update the instructions on how to use the AI features in our user manual.
How does the AI used in the Vuolearning platform comply with GDPR?
We do not use the AI for processing personal data, but for example creating content. However, the customer is responsible for the information that they input into the AI features. The data will remain in the EU.
Who owns the content created by the AI?
The customer/user retains ownership of both their prompt and the output generated from it.
Does the content created by the customer train the AI?
No, it does not. Data sent in prompts is also not stored.
Are there any risks related to the use of the AI feature?
AI is based on statistical optimization. The content it generates may not always be error-free and should always be reviewed. We do not take responsibility for the content produced by the AI.
